FSIMT launches new innovative qualifications- based on advanced skills and technology
FSIMT has recently broadened its programme delivery by partnering with world class institutes and the new courses can make a real impact in the education scene. The agreements cover global education, digital technologies, global approaches to business and management and Energy/Oil and Gas training.
These new qualifications provide, not just academic achievement, but ensure their student’s economic success. This is because they are innovative and meet the needs of industry as well as key professions, such as teaching/education and the energy/oil and gas sector.
In addition the institute has agreed with leaders, both educational and real life industry players , to become a Pan African Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Energy (PACESE). Through this breakthrough, FSIMT is delivering the most advanced qualifications in Energy/Oil and Gas, as they cover critical new approaches to sustainable energy and the requirements of the movement for “Energy Transition”.
.
This new FSIMT strategy requires a wide and flexible approach to qualifications, emphasising practical, advanced skills with technology. This is a great development for Nigeria as conventional programmes are too academic and do not give African youths the best chances in business or career.
